Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production Times

  • Most custom orders are processed and ready for production within 1–2 business days after payment and artwork approval.

  • Standard production times are 5–7 business days, depending on the product and order size.

  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S. through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Local pickup is available in Payson, AZ for customers who prefer to pick up their orders in person.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Bulk orders may qualify for discounted shipping rates—ask us about options before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not available for customer errors such as incorrect spelling, wrong sizes, or color selections once a proof has been approved.
